Professional:
Prior to entering private practice, Mrs. Brasington served as Judicial
Law Clerk for the Honorable James W. Johnson, Jr., South Carolina State
Court, 8th Judicial Circuit from 2002-2003. Before the formation of
Martin & Brasington, she was with the firm of Clarkson, Walsh, Rheney
& Turner.
Admissions:
Mrs. Brasington is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the United
States District Court of the State of South Carolina.
Professional Associations and Memberships:
She is a member of the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Defense Trial
Attorneys Association, South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational
Association, American Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar. She
currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brother/Big Sister of
Greenville and is a member of the Junior League of Greenville.
Education:
She received her B.S. Degree from Clemson University in 1996, and her
J.D. Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2002.
